Shawnee Smith (born July 3 1970, 5 feet tall' 3 is an American film and television actress as well as a musician. Smith is best known for her role in the roles of Amanda Young in the Saw films and Linda on the CBS show Becker. Smith was once a member of the group metal Fydolla Ho with which she was on tour in throughout the United States and the United Kingdom and was a part of Smith & Pyle the desert country-rock band with the actress Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith, the second daughter of Patricia Smith who is an oncology nurse as well as Jim Smith former US Air Force pilot and financial planner was born at Orangeburg South Carolina. Smith's family moved out of South Carolina to Van Nuys California in the year she turned one year old. Her parents split at age two. her mother remarried when she was 8. She went to Ranchito Avenue Primary School in Panorama City Los Angeles as and Madison Jr. High, in North Hollywood. North Hollywood High School was attended by students from North Hollywood, California. The students of 1987 graduated. Rachel Bunch won the Golden Globe Award in 2015 for being the top actress in a television series either comedy or musical and receiving the Critics Choice Award in 2016. The actress also won the TCA Award in 2017 for the individual accomplishment in Comedy. In the year 2019, she received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Music and lyrics along with collaborators in songwriting Jack Dolgen and the late Adam Schlesinger for Antidepressants Are So Not a Big Deal. Rachel currently is on a tour to promote the Show Death Let Me Do My Special. Rachel has sold her way out of Radio City Music Hall for a series of shows in 2019 performing Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. The singer also performed on her own solo tour entitled What Am I Doing with My Life? that included a one-week performance in the venue Just For Laughs.
